Because it is not thinking. It is not thoughts or logic, it is emotion. The left relies on emotion almost exclusively. His efforts are rooted in 'it's not fair!' comparisons. Texas passed a law that to them is unfair because it allegedly limits a woman's choices. They have countered by trying to craft a law that does the same to men.
