I have always been a TrialByFireAnon… I have to feel the whole experience all at once. The thrill of watching the bread, catching the notables and do everything else right all at the same time - that is how I learn best.
I was going to post my bake on /comms/ for the practice, but wanted to check my work against the current baker to see if I was able to keep up
Quick question, I know there is other work that has to be done like adding notables to the archive and taking them out of the dough - is that just too much to throw at new bakers? I did not see that covered at baking school or in the video. Do folks like you come in and clean all of that up?I wanna be the kind of baker that nobody has to clean up after… Give me time and thanks for the warm welcome!!
Shadilay!!
