My hope has been that once we establish control, the Judiciary Act will be repealed. This will eliminate all Article I courts and flush out ALL judges. Then we pass a new act reconstituting the lower federal courts and appoint all new judges. Of course, this would have to be accompanied by legislation seeking to protect the courts from outside influence as well.
