Organizations who have already adopted ISO 20022 include: FIX Protocol Limited (Financial Information eXchange), ISDA (FpML), ISITC, Omgeo, SWIFT, Visa and Ripple. Visa has already joined Ripple which uses the XRP token for settlement. 2 or 3 days ago, Mastercard announced that they were joining LuLu's.

 

Stellar (XLM) also ISO 20022 compliant is mingled in here.). The National Bank of Egypt and LuLu's have already joined Ripple.

 

A 2015 report by the United States Federal Reserve System classified Europe having "mature adopters" of ISO 20022; India, South Africa, Japan, Singapore, and Switzerland (who have all, already joined Ripple) as having "growing adopters"; and Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand as having "interested adopters". (Why is this significant? Because Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand and the United States make up the "Five Eyes."
