Funny thing is they state “applicable laws” as rationale for their actions in fining me. There are no applicable laws I can find supporting their claim for mandatory vaccine.

In my contract for employment it indicates I can be fired at will, with no reason given. Funny thing is they need me. I have experience and am proficient at what I do. Like anyone else I can be replaced in management’s eyes. “Just a cog in the machine”. But I suspect they will encounter increased difficulties because of that very mindset.
