Well, tried the letter with my employer outlining that only EUA vaccines are available and I have the legal option to refuse and they suspended my request until I provide a medical release (which I never requested a medical exemption in the first place). I’m guessing this is how they will block the law- by allowing only medical and religious exemptions to proceed within the system.
