DID THE SHIP TRACK DRAW A LARGE PENIS AGAIN?

Oil spill off Huntington Beach possibly caused by a ship that was anchored but made suspicious movements. Made 3 suspicious movements. Moved thousands of feet one way and then returned, then made two smaller movements. A DICK? Anyone capture the track yet? I haven't seen it.
