Honestly happy anons are taking care of their health now. The healthier we are in general as humans it means my life improves a lot too since others will be more stable minded and less miserable. Been doing the diatomaceous earth detox on day 7 now and I feel noticeably and considerably better. Toilet time is much more solid (literally too) and I feel lighter. A lot of our tissue and even bones and nails are made from collagen and silica is a major nutrient needed to make it. Godspeed anons, thanks for all the advice throughout the years.
