I made a cocrystal of Curcumin and Ascorbic Acid. Increased the water solubility massively.
I just put a teaspoon in a small bottled water and it actually tastes good.
IIRC, it was 2:1 curcumin to ascorbic (by weight) dissolved in 91% isopropyl in a glass dish. Microwave until it all dissolves, then stir while you blow on it.
Then, set it near a fan. As the solvent (alcohol) evaporates, the two compounds are.forced together in an ever smaller solvent pool pool instead bond to each other in a crystal lattice.
