Folks don't realize a full bake, done properly, requires pretty much undivided attention of teh Baker to the board for 2-4 hours depending upon the pace of posting.
Playing catch up on past ebakes just means more effort. Be kind to Bakers. They probably just worked a full day IRL and are giving another half work day to bake 1 or 2 breads out of the goodness of their hearts.
