Doug Logan NOW ADMITS Draft Report Published by The Gateway Pundit Was Authentic and Legitimate After Telling Gateway Pundit It Was a Fake

Here is our previous report from Sunday September 26th following the Friday Senate hearing—

The final audit reports from Cyber Ninjas work in Maricopa County Arizona were released after the Friday Senate hearing. They appear watered down. What was removed?

These final reports can be located here:

What’s notable is that one portion from the Executive Summary that was included in the draft released before Friday’s presentation, is not in the final Executive Summary:

Below is a draft of the final report provided by Byrne. This report shows:

In the 2020 presidential election, the margin of victory was only 10,457 votes, a small fraction of the 57,734 ballots with known issues. Again, this is almost 6 times the margin of victory in the Presidential race and is multiples of the margin of victory in other races. Based on these factual findings, the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable.

In the final report, the statement calling for decertification was eliminated.

Then on Monday September 27 Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan called The Gateway Pundit—

Doug Logan specifically told us that the Cyber Ninja report that included language to “decertify the election” was a fraud.

Doug told us someone must have used his letter-head to write out the report and that the “decertification” language was from a fake report.

The Answer to Combatting Communism, the Evil Force Behind the Transition Taking Place in America Today, is the TRUTH

The answer to combatting socialism and communism, the demonic force behind the transition taking place in America today, is the TRUTH.

We all know that there is an evil force blanketing our country. Elections are stolen, terrorists are given billions, soldiers are offered up like sheep to our enemies, pro-growth and stable economic policies are lost and lies are everywhere. Just this week the top individual overseeing our country’s justice system threatened good Americans for speaking their mind.

Our freedoms are being taken away and our children are being taught to hate Caucasians with racist teachings. Free speech is taken away by Big Tech Oligarchs and Big Media pushes all these lies.

What is the answer? What do we do?

Great and courageous leaders in the past have told us what to do in situations like this.

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, the Russian political prisoner, and dissident shared:

And therein we find, neglected by us, the simplest, the most accessible key to our liberation: a personal non-participation in lies! Even if all is covered by lies, even if all is under their rule, let us resist in the smallest way: Let their rule hold not through me!

Lauren Boebert Demands DOJ Show Data Behind Decision to ‘Attack American Parents’ Who Oppose CRT

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) is demanding President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) provide the data behind its recent claim of “an increase” in “threats of violence” against local school officials, a charge the DOJ is using to justify mobilizing the FBI.

Boebert, a House Freedom Caucus member and outspoken critic of the Biden administration, wrote Thursday in a letter obtained by Breitbart News to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland that she wants a copy of current data and “all the data from previous years that can corroborate” Garland’s increased threats claim.

“I am alarmed by your decision to weaponize the Department of Justice (DOJ) against concerned parents, exercising their First Amendment rights, who dare to oppose the teaching of critical race theory, a repulsive and racist ideology, in their children’s’ schools,” Boebert wrote, adding her requests for data.

Garland announced in a memo Monday that he was directing the FBI to meet with state and local officials because “in recent months, there has been a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work of running our nation’s public schools.”

The attorney general observed that such behavior is illegal, to which Boebert contended that the criminal activity Garland is referring to is in reality parents “expressing their frustrations about mask mandates and critical race theory which conveniently run counter to this regime’s agenda.”

The congresswoman also requested in her letter a copy of Garland’s recusal list, signed ethics pledge, and any other documentation the attorney general provided when he took office to communicate conflicts of interest he could encounter while in his position.

That portion of Boebert’s request comes after a report on Wednesday charged that Garland’s son-in-law, Xan Tanner, is cofounder of Panorama Education, a company that “promotes the tenets of Critical Race Theory.”

Boebert noted the family connection means Garland “is potentially benefiting” from his “new propaganda operation.”

She continued, “While your family is personally benefiting from the exact kind of propaganda these parents are protesting, you are using your immense power as Attorney General to stifle their First Amendment rights. While your actions are unconstitutional, you should have recused yourself from this matter given the clear conflict of interest.”

The Colorado Republican said in a statement provided to Breitbart News, “The United States Attorney General is weaponizing the DOJ to attack American parents who disagree with Critical Race Theory. Surprise surprise, his son-in-law is in the business of spreading CRT. This is wrong. This is corrupt. I’m demanding answers.”

Boebert asked that Garland meet her requests by November 1, 2021.

Big Tech Q3 Earnings

US corporate earnings season is fast approaching, and Big Tech’s announcements will be key to the market’s direction. Wall Street has been cutting numbers for some names (GOOG, AMZN) and not raising estimates for AAPL, MSFT or FB. The good news is that the Street expects every Big Tech company to print Q3 results that are BELOW Q2 actuals. That’s likely too pessimistic; 2019, for example, saw no seasonality between Q2 and Q3. Big Tech may not be Q4 leadership (cyclicals should be), but they should be no impediment to a market rally later in the quarter.

We have been saying Q3 US corporate earnings season should be a bright spot that counteracts an otherwise troubled equity market narrative, so today we will discuss upcoming Big Tech earnings. Add up the S&P 500 weightings for Apple (6.0 percent), Microsoft (5.8 pct), Google (4.3 pct), Amazon (3.8 pct) and Facebook (2.1 pct) and you have 22 percent of the index. How markets respond to earnings reports from these 5 companies matters just about as much as the combined impact of announcements from the Industrials, Consumer Staples, Energy, Real Estate, Materials and Utilities sectors (a combined 24 pct of the S&P).

Let’s start with the most important point: Big Tech has not been immune from the recent trend of Wall Street analysts cutting their Q3 earnings estimates that we’ve been talking about every Sunday for the last month. Numbers have come down for Amazon and Google, and have remained only constant for Apple, Microsoft, and Facebook. As the following 30/60-day earnings revision trends show, Amazon has seen its Q3 expectations slashed over the last 2 months, Facebook’s Q3 estimates actually rose, and Q3 estimates for Google, Apple and Microsoft are basically unchanged:

Apple: $1.23/share expected, +$0.01 over the last 60 days, flat over the last 30 days

Microsoft: $2.07/share expected, +$0.01 over the last 60 days, flat over the last 30 days

Google: $23.40/share expected, +$0.07 over the last 60 days, but -$0.08 over the last 30 days

Amazon: $8.92/share expected, -$4.02/share over the last 60 days, -$0.09 over the last 30 days

Facebook: $3.17/share expected, +$0.22 over the last 60 days, flat over the last 30 days

NATO Secretary-General ‘We Don't Regard China as an Adversary or an Enemy’

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg discussed China, climate change, the European Union, international arms agreements, and France’s row with the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia in an interview with Politico,

Stoltenberg made clear that NATO does not view China as an enemy. In fact, he believes that to solve some of the world’s most pressing issues, more cooperation between NATO nations and China is necessary.

“We need to engage with China on important issues such as climate change — there's no way to reduce emissions enough in the world without also including China. We need to discuss arms control with China. So, we need to engage politically with China,” Stoltenberg told the publication.

However, Stoltenberg’s diplomatic stance towards China also acknowledges their fast-rising military, massive economy, and assertiveness as posing potential security risks for NATO. The two stances, of needing to engage with China as a superpower, and needing to combat China as a superpower, appear as an attempt to appease the different factions that make up NATO.

The United States has pushed more competitive and combative rhetoric against China, while European countries have been more willing to engage with China, especially on an economic level. Stoltenberg said that NATO needs to work more closely with Asia-Pacific allies, such as Japan and Australia, to help curb China’s growing economic and military influence in the region.

Outside of NATO’s relationship with China, Stoltenberg talked about how NATO’s role in arms control and tackling climate change will be of critical importance. He touted how arms agreements during the Cold War were successful in reducing the US and USSR’s nuclear arsenals. He highlighted the US and Russia’s START agreement, which limits long range nuclear warheads, as a good starting point for future arms control agreements.

“China has to be included because China is a global power and with a global role also comes global responsibilities. And therefore, we are working to find ways to include China in arms control,” he said.

Stoltenberg also made clear that NATO, a military alliance, needs to take on climate change to maintain security in its member nations. He put it bluntly: “climate change is a crisis multiplier.”

“It will affect the way we conduct military operations with extreme heat, with increased sea levels… Melting of the polar ice will change where we can operate… So it will have a direct impact on how our military are organized and conduct their missions and operations,” he added.

Mark Levin Shares Evidence of Biden Administration Colluding to Silence America's Parents

“The federal government is using its power to silence and intimidate American citizens,” said conservative talk radio host and author Mark Levin, who released a bombshell letter on his program Thursday. “They’re trying to chill free speech.”

The letter, from the nonprofit organization America First Legal (AFL) to the United States Inspector General claims, “In light of the Attorney General’s Memorandum of October 4, 2021, it appears the Department of Justice is committing the full weight of its federal law enforcement resources to prevent parents from exercising constitutionally-protected rights and privileges, for inappropriate partisan purposes.”

The AFL says it’s an inside job by “key Biden Administration stakeholders, including the National Education Association, the American Federation of Teachers, and others, have combined to oppress, threaten, and intimidate parents to chill and prevent them from exercising the rights or privileges secured by the Constitution. To date these efforts, though extensive, have generally proven ineffectual.”

And it wasn’t just any insiders. AFL believes high-ranking officials in the Biden White House staff and the Department of Justice (DOJ) have been meeting since early September to collude in the writing of not only Attorney General Garland’s memorandum but to “develop a plan to use a letter from an outside group as pretext for federal action to chill, deter, and discourage parents from exercising their constitutional rights and privileges.”

In other words, AFL says the Biden administration was in on the unconstitutional effort to mitigate the “political impact of parent mobilization [at school board meetings] and organization around school issues [like CRT and mask mandates] in the upcoming midterm elections” all along. And who was that “outside group”? The good old National School Board Association (NSBA). Remember them and their September 29 letter calling America’s concerned parents “domestic terrorists”? I wrote about them here.

New York Times issues correction after egregiously exaggerating coronavirus child hospitalizations

The New York Times issued a lengthy correction after numerous mistakes in an article about coronvirus vaccinations for children, including the egregious exaggeration of coronavirus hospitalizations among U.S. children.

The article by Apoorva Mandavilli documented how the U.S. is forging ahead on full vaccination for children while other countries are experimenting with just one shot after weighing the risks.

Health officials in those countries are particularly worried about increasing data suggesting that myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart, may be more common among adolescents and young adults after vaccination than had been thought.

But in documenting the extent of the coronavirus pandemic among children in the U.S., Mandavilli missed the mark by a wide margin.

The Times issued a correction noting several issues with the article.

The article also misstated the number of Covid hospitalizations in U.S. children. It is more than 63,000 from August 2020 to October 2021, not 900,000 since the beginning of the pandemic.

In addition to wildly overestimating child hospitalizations, the article misreported how Sweden and Denmark were dealing with child vaccinations, and misreported on the timing of a meeting of health officials about child vaccines.

The correction widely mocked on Twitter.

Mandavilli previously made headlines when she opined in a tweet that the lab leak theory for the origin of the coronavirus had "racist roots." She later deleted the tweet after online backlash noting that many experts had affirmed the possibility of a laboratory origin of the pandemic.

Nevertheless, she persisted in her error.

"A theory can have racist roots and still gather reasonable supporters along the way," she added in a second missive. "Doesn't make the roots any less racist or the theory any more convincing, though."

Here's more about vaccination efforts for children:

Political science convention deplatforms conservative group for featuring Trump's lawyer

Claremont Institute known for "fabulous receptions and panels" at annual meeting, says former attendee who calls American Political Science Association "cowardly weasels."

The nation's largest gathering of social scientists deplatformed a conservative group because a lawyer for former President Donald Trump was participating in its events.

The American Political Science Association forced the Claremont Institute to make its "related group" discussions virtual at the annual convention in Seattle, a day after hundreds of APSA members demanded the association eject both Claremont and John Eastman.

Back in July, organizers had only demanded the two panels with Eastman be made virtual in the interest of "safety," Claremont president Ryan Williams wrote in an opinion essay. The group decided to cancel all 10 panels and its reception in protest of APSA's new across-the-board demand.

APSA executive director Steven Smith told Washington Post columnist Daniel Drezner the group feared "protests and unrest" if Claremont held in-person events at the convention, citing disruptions when "torture memo" author John Yoo spoke on Claremont panels in 2011 and 2017.

Eastman has previously suffered professional consequences for his connection with Trump and his election lawsuits.

Chapman University forced him to retire as a law professor after he spoke about election fraud at Trump's "Save America" rally Jan. 6 preceding the Capitol riot. The University of Colorado Boulder dumped him as a visiting professor in conservative thought and policy a month later.

A former APSA member who was Eastman's roommate in graduate school called the association "cowardly weasels" for deplatforming Claremont rather than providing security at its events.

The discussions APSA itself hosted were "dreadfully boring or stupid," political scientist John West, formerly of Seattle Pacific University, said in a phone interview. The related-group discussions such as Claremont's were the best reason to attend.

APSA officials didn't respond to Just the News queries seeking evidence of planned disruptions if Claremont's events went forward in person. Drezner, a Tufts University professor, said Smith only cited social media chatter and "irate" emails and voicemails, and Claremont's Williams said local law enforcement declined to get involved.

Florida Board of Education sanctions eight districts for mandatory mask policies

State education chief says school boards can’t be allowed to ignore the governor, the Legislature and state officials and adopt their own rules.

The Florida Board of Education (BOE) on Thursday found eight public school districts in noncompliance with state orders banning mandatory mask mandates and gave them two days to amend policies or lose millions of dollars in state funding.

The seven-member BOE considered 11 “action items” presented by state Education Commissioner Richard Corcoran against districts he alleged violated state law and orders issued by Gov. Ron DeSantis and state health officials.

Corcoran maintains the districts violated House Bill 241, the ‘Parents’ Bill of Rights Act,’ adopted during the 2021 session; Rule 64DER21-12, which authorizes the Department of Health (DOH) to issue rules governing “control of preventable communicable diseases” in schools; and a Sept. 22 order from new state surgeon general Dr. Joseph Ladapo that says parents have “sole discretion” in complying with school orders.

But most of all, he said Thursday, the nub of the issue transcends pandemic protocols and addresses disrespect for state authority by local officials. The BOE cannot allow school boards to ignore the governor, the Legislature and state officials and adopt their own rules, he said

“Districts can’t pick and choose which parts of the law they want to follow,” Corcoran said.

The BOE unanimously determined eight of 11 districts’ cited by Corcoran were guilty of knowingly violating state rules. Complaints against Hillsborough, Sarasota and Indian River districts were dismissed because they amended policies to include opt-outs.

Alachua, Brevard, Broward, Duval, Leon, Miami-Dade, Orange and Palm Beach county districts were found noncompliant and given two days to amend policies or face sanctions, which include withholding state funds equal to 1.5 times that of board salaries’ and subtraction of state funds equal to federal SAFE grants the Biden administration authorized for districts facing backlashes for pandemic policies.

Leon County Schools (LCS) Superintendent Rocky Hanna told the BOE Thursday that the district’s board has no plans to back down from its policy.

“By the end of the first week and a half of school, it became evident that to keep our students safe and our schools open, we had to make a change,” he said.
