strange place to ask this question. But how do anons feel about Dust Jackets on books. being given an option to have one on my new book. But a lot of people i know just throw them off anyways. Thinking i might just go with a basic hardcover and say fuck it …make it a bit cheaper also.
ty, i threw most of mine away also. It will not be filagre, its like some digital cloth printing but my design is very old fashioned late 19th century line work and fonts. Trying to make it look as old as possible for the aesthetics. The digital cloth might be nice but gotta have a book jacket to get that feature. Starting to seem redundant. Thanks will help me figure some stuff as i finish the cover design. Anon is creating something beautiful for the new world to come.
i wish my book was that big, its gonna only be 6x9 but i want it to feel precious, but it will be close to that idea though i am self publishing but i have designed it to be very close to what you have shown i just wish i could get the gold stamping, i looked into it but cant get going through the place i can afford right now.
the vader one i am still not sold on, but the dolly one is strange. Even more than the benenstein/stain one. Dolly though damn that one is strange the movie just does not work with out her having braces.
