I have sent a letter to the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration in defense of the Office of the Presidency, the Constitution, vital principles of separation of powers, and on behalf of our great Nation. The Radical Left Democrats tried the RUSSIA Witch Hunt, they tried the fake impeachments, and now they are trying once again to use Congress to persecute their political opponents. Their requests are not based in law or reality—it's just a game to these politicians. They don't care about our Country or the American people.
The Democrats are drunk on power, but this dangerous assault on our Constitution and important legal precedent will not work. This Committee's fake investigation is not about January 6th any more than the Russia Hoax was about Russia. Instead, this is about using the power of the government to silence "Trump" and our Make America Great Again movement, the greatest such achievement of all time. We won two elections, did far better in the second than the first, and now perhaps have to do it a third time! It is also about trying to deflect blame from Biden's surrender in Afghanistan and the failures to address COVID, the border, crime, and the economy that is leaving Americans dead or broke. It's another grand distraction, because Biden and the Democrats don't want you to see how badly America is losing due to their incompetence.
My administration, and the great patriots who worked on behalf of the American people, will not be intimidated. We will not allow Biden or the Radical Democrats to get off without accepting blame for their incompetence and failures. I will always fight for America First, and the Constitution. Together, we will Make America Great Again, Again!

Aflds Filed A Complaint Against Kaiser Permanente

San Diego, CA – Attorney John Howard and Davillier Law Group, with support from America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) filed a Complaint on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Kaiser Permanente, one of the U.S.’s largest health care organizations. The lawsuit challenges Kaiser’s mandate that all 217,000 employees be vaccinated by September 30, 2021 or be placed on unpaid leave. Employees have until December 1, 2021 or they will be terminated. Over 4,000 employees have reached out to America’s Frontline Doctors for civil rights assistance.
AFLDS has been outspoken that COVID vaccine mandates are both illegal as a matter of law and unsafe as a matter of science. They are illegal because the shots do not stop transmission of Delta and therefore are personal treatment choices only. They are unsafe because they cause the vaccinated to become super-spreaders with extremely high viral loads and because the vaccinated become more critically ill with a higher rate of hospitalization and death than the unvaccinated. In addition, there are far more effective and safer treatments used all over the world. For example, the nation of India has declared its largest state with 240 million population “Covid-free” with a very low vaccination rate but a very high ivermectin usage rate.
AFLDS Litigation Director Mike Hamilton applauds the filing in California this morning, stating “It’s about time that health care workers, and all workers, be given choice over their bodies – there are alternatives.” AFLDS Associate Medical Director Dr. Richard Amerling reinforced the point by stating, “The shots do not stop viral transmission, and it has been shown throughout the world that there are safe and effective alternatives therapies.”
Kaiser Permanente asserts that it is merely following CDC guidelines. The CDC does not have the authority to mandate that all individuals be vaccinated, which has left the opening for many organizations like Kaiser to threaten “no jab, no job.” But as the largest healthcare employer in the nation, Kaiser wields enormous power, and it turns out there is an incestuous relationship between Kaiser and the policy decision-makers who are supposed to be acting independently. The Complaint reveals that the CDC and FDA are working in lock-step with Kaiser to mandate vaccines.

POTUS45 will hold a rally on the capitol steps in Lansing, Michigan on October 12th to demand a forensic audit of the state’s 2020 election.
Former President Donald Trump said Friday supporters will use an upcoming rally in Michigan to demand a “forensic audit” of the state’s 2020 presidential vote, which was won by Democrat Joe Biden.
The rally, scheduled for Oct. 12 at the State Capitol in Lansing, Michigan, is being organized by Election Integrity Fund and Force, a non-profit focused on curbing “attempts to subvert the integrity of our elections.”
“Big Michigan Rally coming up on Oct. 12th, on the Capitol steps in Lansing, where Patriots will demand a Forensic Audit of the 2020 Presidential Election Scam,” Mr. Trump said in a statement. “The Voter Fraud is beyond what anyone can believe.”
Despite claims, there has been no proof of widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election. More than 60 court cases of alleged fraud have been dismissed across the country, including some by Trump-appointed judges.
In attendance will be several Trump-endorsed candidates for local and national races, including Matt DePerno, whom Mr. Trump is backing in the Michigan state attorney general race next year.
Mr. DePerno waged an unsuccessful legal battle in Antrim County, Michigan claiming election fraud in response to an election-night tabulating error that election officials say was quickly corrected. Mr. Biden carried Michigan, a state Mr. Trump won in 2016, by 2.8 percentage points, according to the final official tallies.
Also in attendance at the rally will be Trump-endorsed Rep. Steve Carra, a member of the Michigan House of Representatives, and Kristina Karamo, who is running to be Michigan secretary of state — the official who oversees state elections.
The Michigan State Capitol’s website put the “anticipated attendance” at Tuesday’s rally at 100, but Mr. Trump is apparently banking on more supporters showing up.
“Anyone who cares about our Great Country should attend because unless we look to the past and fix what happened, we won’t have a future or a Country,” Mr. Trump said.
