It is interesting, but I think they get some things wrong and they do not say certain other things. For example, they never mention the NWO. The say that certain factions are "communists", but they are really shapeshifters who will be whatever they need to be in order to further their agenda, i.e. communists this week to further the agenda, and fascists the following week. They are moral relativists and have no integrity. Basically, they follow the tenants of Satanism.
As for GHWB being a white hat, I am not sure. Maybe he made a deal before he passed and saved Bush, Jr. and Jeb, et al. From what I have read about this family, they are pretty messed up. Who knows how many children they destroyed.
As for the Helsinki summit and the NWO speech, you could be onto something.
