Keeping everything out of the country right now. Could be viewed a couple of ways.
He's telling people to vote the Dems and Rinos out, but then he tells everyone the elections are rigged. I think the point is, when this administration is ejected (this year) and the election system is fixed, then people damn well better do the right thing at the voting booth. But he knows, as things currently are, voting is pointless.
