the simple answer given here may satisfy the simple minded, but it begs the question, why didn't DJT pardon assange on 11/4 after the election was lost? or why not on 1/7 after congress certified the election fraud? or absolutely why not on the morning of 1/20, when it was clear he was leaving the WH?
