Did it dawn on anyone that the "-23" reference might mean 23 days ago, not 23 days in the future?

I bet it was signed 23 days ago and has been in effect for that long. Like, what if it's a special case for expanding sedition to those school FFs?

Don't worry about it not being in the federal register yet. That might enable only the public aspect of the EO (prosecution).
