As was stated before, there's been nor PROOF or confirmation that the memo would be read or even mentioned at the SOTU. That theory was put firth by some anons and became a consensus of imagination, yet, no confirmation.
Unfortunately, that makes sense. Not many would be able to stomach (pun, yep) hearing that they've been consuming human flesh/blood unintentionally AND that it was sanctioned by those that were trusted with their food. Not religious, or an atheist (if that makes sense), still, no matter what a person's beliefs or lack there of, most of civilized society has some decent guidelines of what to consume and what not to. Tell they world that they've been fed the ritual sacrifices of those "in charge", and they WILL flip their shit, guaranteed.
Color inversion/negative was the first thing that I did to look for clues. Nothing showed in the white result, so I stopped digging into it. The anon that mentioned that the text portion covers about 20% while leaving 80% in the dark, made the most sense to me.
Had this very discussion some months ago. I've NEVER in life have I seen a homeless Arab or Indian in America, EVER. The only homeless Asians that I've seen were in their OWN communities, never outside of it. Same with Hispanics. I have to admit that those groups take care of their own, better than White and Black. Of those two i've seen/talked to mostly vets or those released from prison (a few on the run hiding in plain sight). Ironic that it's the 2 groups with the most damaged history in this country, is a point i made for the IRL conversation. Love is missing from that equation somewhere. Then again, THEY WANT US DIVIDED, so there's that.
