Technically, you can create an all seeing eye from the input of a single camera capturing video and finding corresponding "angle" on the border of the Mandelbrot Set.

The more cameras you have, the easier it is to pick up the "angle" and the derivative to move spatially or backwards in time.

The more spatially diverse those cameras are, the easier it is, especially if you have a VERY accurate set of clocks with the input cameras.

Now who would have access to that?
