Can you blame them?
If Q is communicating with a unsecured board and says;
"Disinformation is necessary", how could the NSA or Anons ever expect Q to appear credible to anyone with a reputation to protect.
The Only reasons Q has any legs under it at all is for three reasons;

Trump is still in office against all odds.

Weird batshit crazy events are beginning to become noticeable to the average person.

People are scared and desperately need hope.
The majority of crediable people are never going to believe Q is real, even if the entire deep state goes down, because Q's own narrative has shifted several times since it started back in Oct.
Try not to see conservatives who refuse to believe Q as a act of "betrayal". Like it or not Q will be on the conspiracy/larp fringe until perp walks start happening. There is simply no way around this fact.
If we try to push to hard against people like Rex and Rosie it will make anoons look like a cult (assuming that we already don't).
