Both sides can see potential futures. The Universal Law (Law of God, whatever you wish to call it) is that we can change that probable outcome. This is done with intention. If the Cabal can get people to visualize a future of say, Oprah as President, it gives them the advantage. Similarly, if people visualize the Trump/Alliance future it will manifest.
