For what it's worth….. I used to have migraines all the time, since childhood. In 2005, I went on a low carb/keto diet (for other reasons), and one of the side effects – Migraines DISAPPEARED.

 

If I introduce carbs/sugar into my diet, i.e. the occasional desert, etc BOOM Migraines return. Make of it what you will.
