https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Railways_Act_1921

The "Railway Act" (all anon sees is "Railways Act") was mentioned on The Five as being problematic for the pilots suing Southwest Airline (if I heard correctly).

This is British. Authority here? Not that it would surprise anon one bit. Is this a quiet monster that needs slayed? Thinking railroads are a lot more important than most think. Monopoly Game Board reserved 4 squares for them. Are railway lines the 'veins" in Keystone state body of Pennsylvania? Potty training, restaurant server training, training of all sorts… kinda like Admiralty Law and "ships"… citizenship, marksmanship, etc.. this is all old hat for anons who've been around.

It just seemed to jump out at me as an odd reference.

Thinking the movie needs to teach all of us t distrust absolutely everyone, no matter how much we think they're for us.? Those you are taught to trust the most. Gotta wonder just how high that cautionary warning goes.
