I know very little of the various talking heads around.

Corsi, Alex Jones, Cobra, etc, etc. They are familiar if only because I see them mentioned here, but I do not listen to, watch, or read anything by them.

Additionally, I speak only for myself and my experiences. Whoever Cobra is, and whatever views they have, their beliefs and political are their own and thus, it is up to them to defend them.

I have em dash memorized alt0151—. It's actually pretty simple. Outside of that, I'd say that it's rather easy to use an em dash for a password if you're using a generator. However, this trip-password was very deliberate.

Like you say, the most reasonable way I can think of it is as the em dash being used to signify a pause (as if checking a watch), and -23 meaning something.
