My policy on "NEW" Illegals would be "Send" them "ALL" back and let them "BLOOM" their own Countries, and to those that manage to be here over 3 years already…and have been here under other circumstances, tell them they have 1 year to learn how to "BLOOM" their own countries so when you send them back, they can teach their OWN people what to do and how to do it to benefit their own COMMUNITIES, if they are successful, then more people will be heading to different Countries all around the world instead of breaking into a already established Country!!!
