Hows your fluid intake? Drink extra before bed to thin the secretions. Deep breathing loosens secretions, follow that up with hard cough. Changing positions from left to right, then back to left helps loosen secretions, do this in the morning before you get up. Secretions are pulled down by gravity during the night and pool in the low areas of you lungs. Hot showers loosen secretions. Expect another month or two depending on your general ability to heal.
