They can easily outbid any other local offers to the old farm families… and then often end up dominating local councils thus dictating New (and very expensive) Terms to the ever-diminishing families still trying to make a modest living. Such as, edging out farm activities in favor of Their bicycle “exercising” on gravel lanes originally built for and NEEDED by field tractors and livestock activity. This incredible pressure and financial ‘horsepower’ is very difficult to contest… especially on any kind of ‘conservative’ grounds. ]]They[[ most often possess clear leaning for SJW/BLM/Climate-aphoria mindsets… and push push push.
This is a very serious predicament.
