Lets make the font bigger and take out logos or stuff that is oversized and takes attention away from the points.
Imagine a corporate bulletpoint list of values or something clean like that.

That one is very good, a bit plain but super clear.
That is the idea, we can embellish it a bit more, but leaving the points as central attention grabber, nothing else to distract.
Brilliant, can we make font bigger, so the points take all the space and attention, nothing but the title and points, maybe a frame or slight meme in the corner, but the points are the center of the image, no trump warrior, imagine a corporate vision-poster.

Lets take the link out though, too long and not clickable. you could make a short link with a generator like go.to/billofrights or something like that, that is easy to type, maybe then we keep a link.
Otherwise the link will go in the twitter post, then people can actually click it.
Link goes out, we can try different sizes, like a rectangle such as in that image but wider than longer.
We are killing it, I am saving all of them and will spam twitter in key hours and days until I make viral post like I did with Fast and Furious.

Blue and red are AMAZING but huge, even for twitter the font is to small unless you open the image in another tab.
Lets make blue and red squares, but with bigger bullet points and smaller title, remember, the star of the meme are the points.
Designs with bicolor backgrounds are an example of what you can do to give it appeal without taking attention away from the first layer (text).

Take these examples with small images that only add to the text to illustrate the concepts.
A box design to add margins would embellish without distracting.

We need a smaller title and fonts thrice the size of the bullet points still.
Ideally, in twatter, people can read some, at least the first one without opening the image.
We can allow for it not to be fully readable by scrolling over it alone, because the title is big enough to seduce people to open it.
I say make title smaller still big enough to be readable in thumbnails and make at least the first bulletpoint big enough as well, the rest need grow too.
