Kind of interesting about this petition and the Getty Center. I haven't heard anybody here make mention of it before, but as someone that goes there once or twice a year, I can tell you that it isn't unfeasible. Pics related (the round, SW-most building) is inaccessible to the public. Supposedly it's for interns or something–maybe people studying or restoring art. The rest of it is pretty much open.
If you look at the roads around the center, there's one that snakes down and leads into the hill at a much lower level. Could there be an underground structure that goes down that far?
The parking structure is actually located under the freeway somewhat, and you can barely tell that it's five good stories underground, perhaps 1-2 acres in area at each level. So they have the underground building stuff down.

That's a pretty good article on the matter. It sounds to me like a case of "that would make the perfect hideout for Satanic pedophiles, so there must be Satanic pedophiles there." It really would, I guess. Not that I'm the expert or anything.
But I don't think there's much in the way of evidence so far.
