Why would Q capitalize the C, THE & P? It doesn't make sense to. In past posts when Q uses capital letters within a phrase they have always meant something.

What if P has a bad May (what we know of now because Q already told us), AND P is going to have a disasterous June (we haven't been told that yet). A 'bad' May is not catastraphic necessarily. Just bad. It can still get worse.
