Been digging into the Australian Tax Office, since Q posted about the ATO giving millions the CF. Just discovered that the ATO is not actually a legal entity. It was never legally created and has NO constitutional authority to collect taxes. Not sure if the FBI investigation into the ATO is still ongoing but if it is, this information might be helpful. It appears that the ATO is nothing more than a slush fund.
