choices, choices… Clif High in one of his recent videos talks about how all viral diseases are vulnerable (i.e. weak against) strong vitamin D levels, and personally I suspect the same things that help against covid would be protective against marburg and ebola (and others). Not a doctor, just someone who rarely gets sick anymore since I started taking vitamin D. It is magic for the lungs!
