Are they trying to get the people to rise up? If so, they're insane; they'd never make it out alive if millions of people rose up against them. And it's not like that won't happen, be it in Australia or here or anywhere. When people are pushed to a point where they stop giving a shit, they begin to tap into that dark place in their souls.
