Loudoun County Public Schools claims the school board did not know details of horrific sexual abuse allegations
The school district accused of covering up horrific sexual abuse at one of their schools released a lengthy statement Wednesday denying that the school board knew the details of the case.
Loudoun County resident Scott Smith said that his daughter was raped on May 28 by a boy allegedly wearing a skirt in a restroom at Stone Bridge High School. He said that he was told by prosecutors to stay quiet about the case publicly in order to help the prosecution case move forward.
When parents later objected to a new transgender restroom policy at the school district, officials denied any incidents of sexual assault had occurred.
"The predator transgender student or person simply does not exist," said Loudoun County Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler in June. "We don't have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms."
On June 22 at a school board meeting, Smith got into an altercation with a woman who he says was accusing his daughter of lying about the assault. The incident was used by the National School Board Association in their demand to the Department of Justice that threats to school boards be investigated as "domestic violence."
Although the incident remains under investigation, the details of the horrific accusations were documented in a report by the Daily Wire.
On Wednesday, the school district responded to the controversy in a statement, which cited two assaults.
"Loudoun County Public Schools is aware of the media and social media reports concerning alleged sexual assaults at two of our high school campuses," the statement read.
Principals are legally required to report to the local law enforcement agency any act, including sexual assault, that may constitute a felony offense," the statement continued. "That process was followed with respect to these allegations."
The statement went on to say that LCPS was not allowed to investigate the matter until after a criminal investigation by police is completed.
"Furthermore, LCPS is prohibited from disciplining any student without following the Title IX grievance process, which includes investigating complaints of sexual harassment and sexual assault," the statement added. "LCPS does impose interim measures to protect the safety of students involved in the original incident, deter retaliation, and preserve the integrity of the investigation and resolution process."
The district went on to say that the board was not aware of the details of the sexual assault accusations.
"School Board members are typically not given details of disciplinary matters. The board may be obligated to consider long-term suspensions or expulsions and must ensure that students have not been deprived of due process," the statement claimed.
"Consequently, members of the Loudon County School Board were not aware of the specific details of this incident until it was reported in media outlets earlier this week," the statement concluded. "We are unable to locate any records that indicate that Scott Smith had registered in advance to speak at the June 22, 2021 board meeting."
Outraged parents demanded the resignation of Superintendent Ziegler at a school board meeting Tuesday after more details of the harrowing case were revealed.

One look at the headlines above reveals that Erdogan, who himself is technically the head of the central bank as he can replace any current central bank governor that does not do his bidding and swap in some figurehead, tends to have a short fuse when it comes to heads of TCMB when they don't follow the crackpot economic "theory" known as Erdoganomics according to which cutting interest rates is the way to lower inflation, not vice versa. It's also why back in June when the Turkish central bank kept rates unchanged despite Erdogan's prodding for a rate cut (even as Turkish inflation was well in the double digits), we predicted - jokingly - that Erdogan was about to fire everyone.
Well, he didn't "fire everyone", but he definitely sent a message and back in September, the central bank shocked the market when it cut rates by 100bps to 18% with consensus again expecting an unchanged decision. The move sent the lira plunging to an all time low.
Alas, it turns out that the pace of cuts was not to Erdogan's liking and earlier today when we noted a Bloomberg headline that Erdogan was meeting with his central bank puppet, Kavcioglu, we said it was "game over" as more heads were about to roll.

Pfizer’s Nervousness About Its COVID Vaccine’s Origins Conceals a Horror Story
That story, mostly unknown until now, should at an absolute minimum require the approval of any employee’s request for conscience-based religious exemptions from employer or government vaccination mandates.
On October 6, with the help of James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas (PV), a whistleblower at Pfizer revealed, in leaked internal emails, that company executives have been, in PV’s words, “telling staff to be secretive about the use of human fetal tissue in laboratory testing of the COVID vaccine.”
The video cites an email from the company’s senior director of worldwide research admitting that “One or more cell lines with an origin that can be traced back to human fetal tissue has been used in laboratory tests associated with the vaccine program.” The firm’s chief scientific officer specifically identifies the cell line involved as “HEK293T cells … (which) are ultimately derived from an aborted fetus.”
Pfizer’s resistance to disclosing the roots of its vaccine’s origins seems inexplicable for at least three reasons.
First, In December, the Catholic Church’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, in light of the degree of perceived emergency presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, indicated that “it is morally acceptable to receive Covid-19 vaccines that have used cell lines from aborted fetuses in their research and production process.” In non-emergency circumstances, such an action would be considered mortally sinful “cooperation in evil,” but the Congregation indicated that Pope Francis “examined” their work and “ordered its publication.”
Second, human fetal tissue research, though controversial (as just noted), has been conducted since the 1930s, and is said to have “helped to develop vaccines for a wide range of diseases, including polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis A and B, shingles and rabies.”
Third, HEK293, the cell line Pfizer cited, has existed for nearly a half-century, and has been widely used. To cite just one of many examples, HEK293 cells are credited with “many of the antipsychotic drugs used to treat mental illnesses like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.”
One would think that these three factors, especially the Pontiff’s de facto blessing, would have caused Pfizer to promote, or at least strongly defend, its use of the HEK293 cell line as another shining example of scientific advancement resulting from human fetal tissue research.
The details of HEK293’s brutal – and from all appearances, until very recently, largely undisclosed – origins explain the company’s deep discomfort. Contrary to nearly a half-century of misrepresentation and obfuscation, HEK293’s creation did NOT arise from an “abortion” as everyday people understand it.
A very recent development serves to confirm this.

“I Never Expected to Be a Prisoner of War in My Own Country” – Jan. 6 Political Prisoner Jeremy Brown Calls Gateway Pundit from Florida Jail
On Thursday afternon, September 30, at 3:45 PM Eastern, the 40 to 60 agents from the FBI, DOJ and local police raided retired Army Ranger Jeremy Brown’s home and arrested Jeremy in Florida. The charge was misdemanor trespassing from an event he attended 10 months earlier. We were notified by his family and an attorney following the raid.
The FBI searched Jeremy’s home, RV, and trailer. And then they arrested Jeremy and took him away.
His family contacted The Gateway Pundit the next morning.

What the government wants the narrative to be is that I am out there running terrorist camps, that I’m at war. I want to warn Americans that this war has been going on for a very long time and basically Americans aren’t listening. It is an addiction to unrestrained federal power. Our federal government has lost its constitutional bearing… We live in insane times, Jim. Today them, tomorrow you. It started with Jan. 6 protesters and now it’s literally parents who go to school boards and complain about the direction of their children’s education… It’s like what Hitler said, If you control the children you control the women – if you control the women you control the men. This is how the incrementalism of tyranny takes hold. Like Thomas Jefferson said when asked how much tyranny, how far will tyranny go? He said it will go as far as you allow it to… They don’t want us uniting and realizing our own liberty is as stake.

The plot was they charge me with misdemeanor trespassing, right? So that’s what they have the arrest warrant to show. Of course, they wait until 9 months later… It took 9 months for the joint terrorism task force, the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, etc. to prosecute an arrest warrant on misdemeanor trespassing. They brought a search warrant for a misdemeanor, 900 miles away that they already have proof of. Approximately, 40 to 60 agents searched my property for 5 hours. We have things on video that I don’t want to discuss here. But the reality is they violated my constitutional right to 1.) show the search warrant 2.) say what they are searching for and where they are searching for it at. And then they miraculously found a couple of items that I would say qualify as legal under the second amendment of the United States. Because we know your right to bear arms shall not be infringed… But then the third charge is something that is much more diabolical, and again I won’t go into the details. But let’s just say things magically appeared that they found in the search warrant.

I’d also like to point out that they claim they found explosives on and around the Capitol on Jan. 6. They claim they cleared the US Capitol in 1 and a half hours… From my experience I don’t buy that it took only an hour and a half to clear the US Capitol for explosives.
