Emergency Use Authorization
Anons,
If you were wondering what the law is regarding Emergency Use Authorization, you can find it here:
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/21/360bbb-3
https://archive.is/0jkIj (archive of same)
The first image is from the relevant section at the first link, and the second is from 42 U.S.C. 247d-6b (the highlighted link from the first image):

I was glancing over it and noticed something (I think): emergency use authorization can only be given in a situation that "involves a biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear agent or agents, or a disease or condition that may be attributable to such agent or agents." The conditions at the linked law are much the same.
According to the DNI, "We judge the virus was not developed as a biological weapon."

If the Department of National Intelligence decided that COVID wasn't a biological weapon, why have the vaccines been given this emergency authorization?
This is, of course, besides the point that alternative, safer, more effective treatments exist.
