This anon got lucky by attending Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) in on military bases overseas. Patriotism abounded everywhere. The most ironically patriotic thing I saw was Americans celebrating our independence from England on English RAF bases while I lived there. We had huge fireworks shows and everything.
