German Court Finds YouTube’s Removal of Videos About COVID Was Illegal and YouTube Must Restore the Videos

German actors expressed their thoughts and feelings about the China coronavirus on YouTube, unfortunately, YouTube didn’t like their thoughts and so they were censored. But the courts in Germany decided that YouTube is not the purveyor of truth and mandated no more censorship from YouTube.

In Germany, a group of actors expressed their opinions of COVID and the government’s actions related to COVID:

Dozens of prominent German actors have banded together as part of the “allesaufdentisch” (everything on the table) freedom of expression campaign to demand a more open discussion on the Coronavirus and the controversial government policies, rules and regulations. Their statements were posted in the form of short videos on YouTube.

In recent months, views critical of government Corona policies and vaccines have been suppressed by the major media.

“Increasing concern” over political actions

At their allesaufdentisch site, the group of leading actors, performers, artists state: “We are watching the development of political action in the Corona crisis with increasing concern. Many experts have not yet been heard in the public Corona debate. We would like to see a wide-ranging, fact-based, open and factual discourse and also an equally wide-ranging discussion of the videos.”

German actor Filipp Piatov had much to share about YouTube’s actions:

When asked if the videos indeed contained controversial content justifying removal, Piatov said there was none, adding “A false fact is not reason for a deletion.” Otherwise, many video statements made by government authorities would need to be taken down as well.

YouTube “no Truth Commission”

“YouTube is not a factchecking platform, not a Truth Commission that gets to decide what’s right and what’s wrong,” said Piatov. “Who is YouTube? Is it a University? Is it a panel of virologists who sit and watch all these videos and say this one, from the 100 million that got uploaded, we’re going to delete?”

Yesterday a German court ruled against YouTube.

A group of German artists skeptical and critical of the government response to the COVID pandemic and promoting conversations around the topic, active online under the #allesaufdentisch (literally, “everything on the table”) hashtag, sued YouTube for deleting their videos – and won in court.

The two videos that got removed by the Google-owned giant consisted of interviews artists had with scientists and they did not take the censorship lying down but opted for legal action against YouTube.

The Cologne Regional Court has now found that the removals were illegal, ruling in the plaintiff’s favor with two preliminary injunctions, ordering YouTube to restore the videos.

Let’s hope these videos inherit the Streisand effect where they are now more popular because of YouTube’s action.

Chicago Police Union’s Boss Tells Officers to Defy City Vaccine Deadline

John Catanzara, the head of Chicago’s police union, advised police officers NOT to comply with the city’s COVID-19 mandatory vaccine and reporting requirements.

Catanzara told fellow officers to openly defy Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s vaccine deadline.

The head of Chicago’s police union has advised officers not to comply with the city’s COVID-19 vaccine reporting requirement and says members should be willing to be sent home without pay rather than submit to the shot mandate for city workers.

With city employees’ vaccine status deadline Friday, Fraternal Order of Police Local 7 President John Catanzara also said in a video posted Tuesday that the union has filed a labor grievance against the city and plans to pursue legal action to fight the mandate.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot, asked about his comments at an unrelated news conference Wednesday, said: “He’s threatening litigation. I say, bring it.”

On September 29, the former police chief flew to Florida to meet with President Trump. So far, he has not received Trump’s coveted endorsement. However, the former police chief’s latest statement may change that, as Trump has already thrown his support behind up-and-coming conservative rock-star Kristina Karamo for Secretary of State and Antrim County Constitutional Attorney Matt DePerno for attorney general. Both candidates are fighting for election integrity in Michigan. Front and center in their fight for election integrity is a forensic audit of the 2020 election.

Craig is appealing to Michiganders of all political persuasions. While BLM was burning and looting major cities across America, James Craig somehow managed to keep the riots out of Detroit. He’s also popular for his pro-2nd Amendment stance.

Fauci Claims No "True Basis" In Concerns Over Long-Term COVID Vax Side Effects

In another display of ignorance on the science, Anthony Fauci declared Wednesday that there are is no “true basis” for concerns over potential long term side effects of COVID vaccines, despite there being no long term studies to take data from.

While speaking on a virtual call in concert with CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky and U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, Fauci was asked by a caller if pilots have any ‘valid concerns’ after it was suggested that many are remaining unvaccinated to avoid potential long term side effects that may infringe on their ability to fly.

“Pilots at American and Southwest Airlines in particular are arguing that some pilots may be reluctant to get vaccinated because of potential of career-ending side effects,” the caller stated, adding…

“They’re concerned that there could be long-term side effects that could cause them to then lose their medical certification and also lose their jobs and their livelihoods. So is this a valid concern?”

Fauci responded:

“Well, right now on the basis of literally hundreds and hundreds of millions of vaccinations that we’ve had, the safety of these vaccines have been clearly established.”

Or perhaps there just isn’t any empirical long term data yet?

He continued, “The long-term effects that the people are apparently concerned about really have — I’m sure there is a very, very, very rare exception — but the long-term effects are really actually non-existent, in the sense of anything that has been a red flag on the part of the follow-up of these individuals.”

“So although one, I guess, can theoretically say, ‘I’m concerned about a long-term effect,’ the fact of the safety and the follow-up over a considerable period of time, over a year as so many individuals, we have not really seen that. So we don’t really see any true basis in that concern.”

China will oppose ANY ‘political manipulation’ in new WHO probe into origins of Covid-19 – Foreign Ministry

Beijing will take a strong stance against any form of “political manipulation” that may arise during the recently announced renewed probe by the World Health Organization (WHO) to determine the origins of the coronavirus.

Speaking on Thursday, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Zhao Lijian said that the government hopes all parties involved in the inquiry will “adopt an objective, scientific and responsible attitude… adhere to a global perspective, perform their duties in an objective and fair manner, and truly make a positive contribution to global origins-tracing and anti-epidemic cooperation.”

He insisted that while China will continue to support and participate in tracing the origins of Covid-19, it will “firmly oppose any form of political manipulation.”

Zhao’s remarks come a day after the WHO unveiled a list of proposed experts on its Scientific Advisory Group for the Origins of Novel Pathogens, known by the acronym SAGO, to determine where the virus started.

WHO Executive Director Dr Michael Ryan stressed the importance of the probe, saying that it was our “best chance” – and potentially the last – to understand the origins of Covid.

Maria van Kerkhove, WHO technical lead on Covid-19, noted that “more than three dozen recommended studies” must still be carried out, and indicated that missions may need to take place on Chinese soil, requiring Beijing’s cooperation.

In August, the UN health agency issued a statement in what appeared to be a call for China to release data from its Wuhan Institute of Virology, needed to determine the origins of the virus. WHO said that access to this information is “critically important for evolving our understanding of science and should not be politicized in any way,” but Beijing’s deputy foreign minister pushed back, saying China opposes “political tracing.”

The WHO had initially concluded in its reports in March that the theory Covid-19 had leaked out of a lab in Wuhan was “extremely unlikely,” and it had instead probably spread from bats to humans. A few months later, however, the organization’s Secretary General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus acknowledged that “lab accidents happen” and that there had been a “premature push” to rule out this origin.

Pakistan’s first transgender protection center opens, minister vows there’s more to come

Pakistan has opened its first protection center for transgender people in the capital city of Islamabad, in a ceremony attended by Federal Minister for Human Rights Dr. Shireen Mazari, who promised to open more.

Speaking at the inauguration on Wednesday, Mazari said that the country must do more to ensure the rights and opportunities of Pakistan’s transgender people. “The transgender community should be provided the same employment and health rights as other citizens of Pakistan are granted,” the minister said.

She said that the new center in Islamabad would provide transgender people with legal aid, basic health facilities, psychological counseling, and temporary shelter for the community’s most needy.

The transgender community has been included within Pakistan’s strategy to alleviate poverty and healthcare initiatives, Mazari stated, adding that she hoped this project would open up new opportunities.

The new center will also carry out activities within the wider community to promote awareness about transgender people and their plight in Pakistan. Mazari vowed that more centers, like the one in the capital, would be opened up around the country.

Transgender people are often considered outcasts in the notoriously conservative Pakistan. The government has sought to respond and in 2018 passed a law legally recognizing transgender people with the ratification of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act.

In July 2021, the government opened its first school for transgender students in the city of Multan, Punjab province.

Last year, a group of transgender women were attacked by a gunman as they returned home after performing at a wedding function on the outskirts of Peshawar. One died from their injuries, while another was wounded.

US labor chaos continues as 10,000 John Deere employees announce strike

Over 10,000 employees of the farming manufacturer John Deere announced they are going on strike after failing to agree to a pay contract, all while numerous industries are being plagued by labor issues.

The United Auto Workers (UAW) union announced the strike on Thursday morning, which will affect over a dozen plants for John Deere. The company, based out of Moline, Illinois, has not faced a strike for 35 years.

“Our members at John Deere strike for the ability to earn a decent living, retire with dignity and establish fair work rules,” said Chuck Browning, vice president and director of the UAW’s Agricultural Implement Department.

Workers are looking for increased pay, improved benefits, and better working conditions, especially after having worked through the Covid-19 pandemic as ‘essential’ workers.

“UAW John Deere members have worked through the pandemic after the company deemed them essential, to produce the equipment that feeds America, builds America and powers the American economy,” UAW President Ray Curry noted in a statement announcing the strike. Picket strikes have also been set up at various John Deere locations too, according to the union.

Workers and John Deere had until the end of Wednesday to reach an agreement, but one presented by the company that did provide pay raises was quickly rejected, with workers noting the pay raises were miniscule compared to the billions in profit the company will bring in, and they were slightly offset by new pension cuts.

A spokesperson for Deere has said they do not know when the strike will end, but they will continue to hammer out negotiations to “put every employee in a better economic position and continue to make them the highest paid employees in the agriculture and construction industries.”

The massive strike for John Deere comes amidst what many experts have said is a serious labor issue across the US. Labor Department data shows people are quitting their jobs at record rates, despite many companies facing labor shortages they are struggling to fill. Covid-19 vaccine mandates being implemented has only created further issues, with some workers forced to leave positions in the travel industry or even healthcare.

Deere employees are far from the only ones this year to make a stand on payment and treatment, either. The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) previously announced tens of thousands of members will be striking from the film and television industry, with over 90% voting in favor of a strike.

WHO announces new COVID-19 origins investigative team

The World Health Organization announced on Wednesday the proposed members of a new team to study the origins of the COVID-19 virus.

Of the more than 700 applicants who were considered, 26 scientists were selected to work on the WHO Scientific Advisory Group for the Origins of Novel Pathogens with expertise in fields including epidemiology, animal health, ecology, clinical medicine, virology, genomics, molecular epidemiology, molecular biology, biology, food safety, biosafety, biosecurity, and public health.

The WHO touted in its press statement that "the composition of the SAGO reflects geographic and gender diversity."

"The emergence of new viruses with the potential to spark epidemics and pandemics is a fact of nature, and while SARS-CoV-2 is the latest such virus, it will not be the last," WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said.

"Understanding where new pathogens come from is essential for preventing future outbreaks with epidemic and pandemic potential, and requires a broad range of expertise. We are very pleased with the calibre of experts selected for SAGO from around the world, and look forward to working with them to make the world safer," he added.

The SAGO will be the second team put together by the WHO to investigate the origins of COVID-19 after the first team published a widely criticized report earlier this year that determined that natural spillover was the most likely origin of the virus. The report also said an alternative hypothesis that COVID-19 was somehow leaked from a Chinese lab was"very unlikely."

Critics said first team's effort was hampered by interference from the Chinese government and also poisoned by conflicts of interest, notably the inclusion of EcoHealth Alliance president Peter Daszak on the team. Daszak's organization had for years funded bat coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology — the lab at the center of the lab-leak theory. He and other prominent public health scientists had also worked behind the scenes to discredit the lab-leak theory, even though scientific evidence suggests both hypotheses remain viable, as a U.S. intelligence report commissioned by President Joe Biden earlier this year found.

The widespread criticism and calls for a new investigation prompted the WHO to establish this new team, which will be a more permanent body meant to avoid politicization in future pandemics, the New York Times reported.

"Especially in light of the politicization of this particular aspect, we want to take this back to the science, take this back to our mandate as an organization to bring together the world's best minds to outline what needs to be done," Maria Van Kerkhove, the WHO's Covid-19 technical lead, said in an interview with the Times.

However, at least six proposed members of the SAGO were members of the WHO's first criticized investigative team: Marion Koopmans, John Watson, Thea Fischer, Hung Nguyen, Vladimir Dedkov, and Farag El Moubasher.

If an Italian citizen misses five days of work by failing to comply with the new mandate, the government forces their employer to stop paying them. If employees are caught working without a green pass, the state will extort them to the tune of $2,100 per instance.

Actor Matthew Mindler killed himself with sodium nitrate purchased from Amazon

Former child star Matthew Mindler killed himself using sodium nitrate he ordered for $15 from Amazon — after searching online how to use it in suicides, according to officials and his mother.

After toxicology tests, the Lancaster County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the 19-year-old “Our Idiot Brother” actor’s death from August to be suicide by sodium nitrate toxicity, TMZ reported Thursday.

The oxidizing agent, often used to preserve foods such as meat, more commonly kills people accidentally, by causing low blood pressure and limiting the flow of oxygen in the body, the outlet noted.

But as well as the ME’s ruling, Mindler’s mom confirmed to TMZ that her son had bought the substance online to kill himself during his first days away from home at Millersville University in Pennsylvania.

In a video currently going viral on social media, Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano warned that Pope Francis is a “zealous cooperator” in the Great Reset, and accused the Pope of pursuing the “demolition of the Church” to replace it with an order of “Masonic inspiration.”

The Great Reset is understood by many to be a “reset” of global economics to ultimately replace the system with a totalitarian global state. Some concerns with the Great Reset include the ideas of population control, high-tech invasive surveillance, a global social credit system, and the calculated destruction of economies to usher in world government.

Many elites, politicians, titans of industry, media figures, and fact checkers dismiss the idea of the Great Reset as a “conspiracy theory,” however the World Economic Forum, headed by Klaus Schwab, is relatively open about this notion, as revealed in the WEF’s “Global Redesign” report in 2010.

In October 2020, Archbishop Vigano wrote President Donald Trump a letter warning of the Great Reset.

Archbishop Vigano is not the only Catholic figure warning of Pope Francis and the Great Reset. As National File previously reported, a Benedictine Nun named Mother Miriam issued a warning of what she described as a globalist depopulation agenda involving COVID-19 vaccines, at one point referring to Pope Francis as the “spiritual leader” of the globalist elites.

“The group of globalists – everyone involved in this new reset, global economy, one-world order – all of that, enforcing the jab, the COVID vaccine, which is a pathological weapon to destroy our body, that’s what it is. And if you haven’t felt it, if you’ve taken the COVID vaccine and you feel just fine, that is working in your body to destroy it,” said Mother Miriam.

She added that “the George Soros’ of the world, Bill Gates, everybody involved in this reset, so to speak, and the Holy Father [Pope Francis] is their spiritual leader.”

The Chinese Communist Party is Behind a U.S. ‘Climate Change’ Activism Conference.

Next time you see a climate change protest in the news, be aware it may be backed by the Chinese Communist Party.

A Chinese Communist Party-linked foreign influence group sponsored a climate change conference seeking to mobilize youth advocates in America, the National Pulse can reveal.

The entity sponsoring the recent conference, the China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF), is part of Beijing’s “United Front” effort, which the U.S. government identifies as seeking to “to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing.”

CUSEF’s website notes that it “sponsored” the Sino-American Youth Dialogue on Climate Change, carried out in collaboration with two schools: the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Tsinghua University.

“Co-hosted by Tsinghua University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Sino-American Youth Dialogue on Climate Change (SAYD) will be held in October 8, a month prior to COP26. The aim of the event is to offer a platform for young people from China and the U.S. to put forward ideas and suggestions for the COP26 to address climate change and sustainable development,” CUSEF explains before posing the following questions to attendees:

What should governments do to confront climate emergency?

How should businesses develop sustainability strategies to achieve net zero emissions?

What are the actions that we, as individuals, could do to reduce wastage and gas emissions?

The conference explicitly seeks to mobilize youth activists, as its theme is “making carbon neutral, youth in action.”

“Through discussions and sharing among youth delegates and field experts, the forum hopes to reach consensus on the issue and form valuable policy recommendations,” the conference’s website adds.

US Drug Overdose Deaths Reached Record High of 96,000 in First 12 Months of Pandemic: CDC

Deaths from drug overdose in the United States jumped nearly 30 percent in a 12-month period ending in March 2021, according to provisional data released on Wednesday.

The United States saw a record high of 96,779 reported drug overdose deaths, an increase of 29.6 percent in the period of a year from March 2020—coinciding with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic— according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics.

The CDC notes that its figures are provisional as drug overdose deaths require “lengthy investigation” to be recorded. The latest figures come after the federal agency recorded a 29.7 percent rise in reported drug overdose deaths between February 2020 and February 2021.

All but three states saw a jump in reported overdose deaths in the 12-month period ending in March 2021, with Vermont recording the largest increase—85.1 percent. New Hampshire, New Jersey and South Dakota saw their number of overdose deaths fall in that timeframe. The largest decline was seen in South Dakota, at 16.3 percent.

The death numbers are based on death records received and processed by the National Center for Health Statistics from 50 states and the District of Columbia.

“It is important to remember that behind these devastating numbers are families, friends, and community members who are grieving the loss of loved ones,” Regina LaBelle, acting director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, told CNN.

The CDC data showed that opioids accounted for the highest number of reported drug overdose deaths in that time frame. The spike also appears to be driven by a jump in the use of fentanyl, a synthetic opioid that has long been blamed for an escalating overdose death rate in the United States.

Fentanyl is most often manufactured in Mexico using chemicals supplied from China, and mixed with other narcotics to increase potency, as well as pressed into counterfeit pain pills commonly known as “Mexican oxys.”

In the past, fentanyl had mainly been mixed with heroin to boost the drug’s potency, but now it’s often pressed into small blue tablets and stamped with “M30” to closely match the color and markings of prescription oxycodone pills. Buyers may be unaware the pills contain fentanyl, of which a 2 mg dose can be fatal.

According to a U.S.–China Economic and Security Review Commission (USCC) report published in August, China remains the primary source of illicit fentanyl and fentanyl-related substances being trafficked into the United States, despite the Chinese regime banning fentanyl and its analogs in 2019.

As Breitbart News reported, the father of an alleged Stone Bridge High School victim, Scott Smith, “claimed a boy who was wearing a skirt had entered the girls’ bathroom at the high school and sexually assaulted his ninth-grade daughter.” Subsequently, “the boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio that day at school.”

According to ABC7 News, “the same juvenile suspect was charged with a second sexual assault at another Loudoun County school after the May 28 incident.”

At Tuesday’s school board meeting, members were questioned heavily on how this could happen in their county, with speaker Monica Sadeghi saying, “How do you expect parents across this county to drop off their kids and entrust you all to keep them safe when you’ve shown on more than one occasion you are not up for the job?”

ABC7 also noted that the school “cannot comment on” how the incident with Smith’s daughter “didn’t cause the discipline to rise to the level of immediate expulsion.”

To the point, speaker Theresa Lieberman noted that, “When the Catholic Church passed predator priest from parish to parish the walls came eventually crashing down on them. And they were finally held accountable for the abuse. When is doctor [Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott] Ziegler and this board going to be held accountable?”

“What is their goal? What is the objective for some of these global elites?” Marlow asked.

“Obviously it’s almost always about money and power,” Brown said. “By imposing controls, they can impose and control the flow of capital into places they see fit, not where we, as taxpayers or citizens, feel is appropriate. If you control the flows of money, obviously you can benefit. They have the added benefit in their eyes of being perceived to be doing good for the world and the perception that they know better about what’s good for us and that they’re steering things in the right direction.”

CBP to Report Record of Nearly 2 Million Migrants Encountered in 2021

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is set to report just under 2 million migrant encounters nationwide for the recently ended Fiscal Year 2021. The number of migrants encountered by Border Patrol agents and CBP officers jumped 202 percent over the previous year’s roughly 647,000.

CBP Officers and Border Patrol agents encountered nearly 1.96 million migrants nationwide during FY21 which ended on September 30, according to a highly placed source operating under the umbrella of the Department of Homeland Security. A document from the agency reviewed by Breitbart Texas revealed the record-breaking level of migrant encounters along the U.S.-Mexico Border.

Of the nearly 1.96 million migrants encountered, more than 1.66 million, a new record for Border Patrol, were migrants apprehended by U.S. Border Patrol agents at the southern, northern, and coastal borders. This represents an increase of 310 percent over the previous year’s 405,000 migrants.

The report for FY21 set a new record for the apprehension of migrants by Border Patrol agents for the nine southwest border sectors. The previous apprehension record of 1.64 million was set in FY2000, Breitbart Texas reported in late September.

Of the nearly 2 million migrants encountered by CBP and Border Patrol in FY2021, nearly 1.6 million took place following changes in immigration and border security policy following the Biden inauguration.

Single adult migrants accounted for more than 1.3 million of the total encounters, the report is expected to reveal. This is up from just under 537,000 the year before — an increase of nearly 146 percent. Of those, more than 616,000 came from Mexico and nearly 315,000 came from the Northern Triangle countries of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.

Family units accounted for the second-largest demographic of migrants encountered with just under 484,000 — an increase of more than 545 percent. More than 275,000 of those came from the Northern Triangle nations.

Encounters with Unaccompanied Minors also jumped by more than 333 percent. CBP officers and agents encountered more than 148,000 unaccompanied minors — up from only 34,000 the year before. Of those, more than 114,000 came from the Northern Triangle countries.

The numbers reported above do not include an estimated 400,000 migrant “got-aways.” The number is determined by counting migrants who ultimately escape apprehension after being observed by surveillance systems. Border Patrol agents also use traditional sign-cutting techniques to spot footprints. It is not a perfect investigative method, however, and sources say the actual got-away count is usually higher.

In a news interview on September 26, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas says the increase in apprehensions is nothing new. Mayorkas told Fox News’ Chris Wallace, “We are certainly seeing a large number here this year, but in 2019, we saw a large number. In 2014, in 2010. This is nothing new,” he says.

The statement contradicts the reality that the total number of migrant apprehensions along the southwest border with Mexico is higher than any recorded yearly apprehension statistic, dating to 1925 when 22,199 migrants were arrested by the Border Patrol–mostly on horseback.

YouTube Deletes Anti-Vax Pass Speech by Top Tory for ‘Contradicting Expert Consensus’

A speech by former Cabinet minister and Tory leadership contender David Davis MP against vaccine passports has been wiped from YouTube for “contradict[ing] expert consensus”.

The leading British politician, who served as Britain’s inaugural Secretary of State for Brexit, made the speech — still available on Facebook, at least for now — at a Big Brother Watch fringe event at the recent party conference in Manchester, promoting vaccination but warning against vaccine passports as “illiberal, demanding that we an ordinary British citizen produce our papers to do something which is normal in our daily lives.”

However, Big Brother Watch, a civil liberties pressure group with a focus on resisting government overreach, reports that the speech has now been erased from the world’s biggest video sharing platform for “medical misinformation”.

Big Brother Watch says that the tech giant “did not specify what content had breached the rules”, but that it received a notification explaining that “YouTube doesn’t allow claims about COVID-19 vaccinations that contradict expert consensus from local health authorities or the World Health Organization (WHO).”

Definitely Not Authoritarian: Britain to Introduce Facial Recognition App for Government Services

The British government will introduce a facial recognition app for citizens to access a range of public services after already introducing the technology for its coronavirus vaccine passport app.

The new gov.uk app, which is expected to be introduced late next year, will enable citizens to access over 300 government services through their smartphones. The app will either use facial recognition or fingerprint scanning to verify the user.

The government is also planning to use the app to push notifications to citizens concerning changes such as the need for renewal of their driver’s licence or changes to state benefits.

Stephen Barclay, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and the recently installed head of the Cabinet Office, said that the pandemic has changed expectations from the public on accessing services digitally.

“During the pandemic, people have had to interact with government services in a variety of new ways, including the NHS app and the vaccine booking service,” he said per The Telegraph.

“People rightly expect government to be data-driven and digitally literate, and this will be a priority for me in my new role,” he added.

A new panel, the Digital Advisory Board, is also expected to be announced to monitor the government’s ever-expanding virtual apparatus, with business leaders from the banking industry including Lloyds Banking Group and HSBC as well as the European utility company E.ON planned to sit on the board.

The use of facial recognition has been increasing across British society, particularly over the past year, after the NHS app, which has been used as a de facto vaccine passport for international travel, using facial ID to verify the identity of the user.

Privacy concerns have been raised about the system, however, with the NHS admitting that they will share such information with the police in criminal probes, leading to concerns over the privacy of the supposedly anonymised app.

Leaked Image Reveals COVID Vaccination Monitoring System for DHS Employees

The Department of Homeland Security deployed a tracking system to monitor the vaccination status of more than 240,000 employees who have until November 9 to register their vaccination statuses or seek an exemption.

The system will create a record to be used to initiate disciplinary action on those employees who are non-compliant with the vaccination mandate issued in September.

A source within DHS provided Breitbart Texas with a screen capture of the system’s homepage where employees are directed to enter their status. The system offers an option of selecting “I am not vaccinated” for those who seek religious exemption.

As previously reported by Breitbart Texas, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has communicated the disciplinary pathway non-compliant federal employees will be subjected to if they refuse vaccination.

Any employee who remains unvaccinated by November 22, 2021, will receive formal “counseling and education” concerning the jab, according to a guidance announcement reviewed by Breitbart Texas. The employee will then be allowed a five-day period to start the vaccine regimen. After the five-day period and no shot, employees will face an unpaid suspension from duty for up to 14 days. Termination procedures begin thereafter for those still refusing the mandate.

The vaccination mandate is meeting resistance from the labor union representing rank and file Border Patrol Agents.

Jon Anfinsen, President of the National Border Patrol Council for the Del Rio Sector, says the agency cannot afford to lose any personnel.

“The National Border Patrol Council is absolutely opposed to the vaccine mandate, and our search for a legal path continues,” he told Breitbart Texas. “The Border Patrol cannot afford to lose a single member of its workforce while the crisis at the border continues to spiral out of control.”

Brandon Judd, who heads the National Border Patrol Council says he is disappointed President Joe Biden has reversed his opinion on vaccination mandates. Judd says the union will vigorously pursue any cases where the agency denies a medical or religious exemption.

United Airlines is terminating the employment of 232 workers who have refused to get vaccinated, CEO Scott Kirby has confirmed - as a Texas judge temporarily blocked the airline from putting 2,000 workers on unpaid leave if they're seeking religious or medical exemptions.

Kirby, 54, told CBS Mornings on Wednesday that the company had reached 99.7 per cent of their employees vaccinated in the six-weeks since announcing a vaccine mandate on August 6.

United was the first airline to require all employees to be vaccinated.

'You know, I wish we would have gotten to 100 per cent, but out of our 67,000 US employees there are 232 who have not been vaccinated and they are going through the termination process,' he said.

It came after U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman from Northern Texas granted a temporary restraining order against United on Tuesday restricting the company from putting employees on unpaid leave for seeking medical and religious exemptions from the mandate.

Six employees filed a federal lawsuit against United, citing unpaid leave as an unreasonable accommodation.

The restraining order expires October 26, leaving around 2,000 United employees at risk of losing their jobs.

Updated sex ed guidance will spoon-feed K-12 children explicit sexual images, gender identity, and abortion: Report

The National Sex Education Standards' updated 2020 guidance is featuring what many parents may consider to be disturbing, indoctrinating sex-related information that public school districts are teaching children from very young ages.

The new standards, according to the report, were conceived by the Future of Sex Education Initiative, a partnership between Advocates for Youth, Answer, and SIECUS: Sex Ed for Social Change that seeks to "create a national dialogue about the future of sex education and to promote the institutionalization of quality sex education in public school."

What are the details?

According to a Tuesday report from the Federalist's Nick Bell, the sex education "blueprint" is steeped in "extremist sexual ethics" that are "designed to destroy children's innocence" as well as undermine their Christian faith.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in a 2016 report noted that approximately 40% of school districts across the country adopted the National Sex Education Standards' 2011 edition — a less extreme version of its 2020 successor.

"The 2020 standards unequivocally endorse abortion at any time, teach the topic starting in sixth grade, and even force teachers to provide information on local abortion clinics to students in ninth grade," Bell wrote. "The standards also insist that children must be allowed to choose their own gender and false pronouns must 'be respected by the adults in their lives.'"

According to the new standards, children as young as kindergarten age should learn about gender identity, while third-grade students should learn about the role of hormone blockers for transgender youth. Teachers should also be equipped to explain masturbation to students as young as just eight years old.

It gets worse from there: Bell noted that sixth-graders — who are often 11 and 12 years old — "must define oral, anal, and vaginal sex as well as the benefits of withdrawing one's penis before ejaculation during intercourse."

Sixth-graders, the groups said, should also learn that people ought not "assume that people with a penis are boys and people with a vagina are girls," and that they should never assume another person's sexual orientation. Students of this age group, according to the guidance, should also attend LGBTQ rallies and challenge themselves and others on ways to combat homophobia. Sixth-graders would also engage in a card game in which cards ask whether various sex acts — "oral sex (mouth on genitals)," "anal sex (penis to anus)" — are considered abstinence.'

For seventh-graders, anything but "sperm in vagina" would constitute abstinence, the guidance added, and teachers would demonstrate how to put on a condom.

A lesson for eighth-graders, the guidance added, would encourage anal and oral sex over vaginal sex in order to avoid pregnancy.

Democrats in the Virginia General Assembly voted for — and Governor Ralph Northam signed — a law allowing schools to refrain from reporting instances of sexual battery, stalking, violation of a protective order, and violent threats occurring on school property in 2020.

§ 22.1-279.3:1 of Virginia code had required that these, among a number of other major crimes, be reported to law enforcement if they occurred on campus. Democrats insisted that misdemeanors be extirpated from reporting requirements in House Bill 257, replacing the word “criminal” with “felony” in the code.

In a stunning exchange between legislators in the House of Delegates last year, Todd Gilbert, the Republican Leader in the body, asked Delegate Mike Mullen “did I hear hear correctly that you would not have to report sexual battery to law enforcement any longer if we accept these amendments?”

“I would answer the minority leader that he is not hard of hearing, and that he is asking me to repeat this over again even though he heard it the first time,” responded Mullen, the bill’s sponsor.

“Forgive me, Madam Speaker, ladies and gentlemen, for being shocked that the patron, a career prosecutor, would want to accept these amendments, and frankly would want to put you all in the position of voting to accept these amendments,” shot back Gilbert.

“So I apologize for my hard of hearing, but frankly I couldn’t believe my ears,” he added.

The contentious back-and-forth has taken on new relevance a year and a half later, after a bombshell story from the Daily Wire alleged that Loudoun County Public Schools sought to conceal the rape of a 15-year-old female student by a male student wearing a skirt in the girls’ bathroom. The facts of what happened next are disputed somewhat.

While the father of the victim claims that he was told upon his arrival at the school that everything pertaining to the incident would be handled “in house,” Loudoun County Public Schools released a statement that alleges that the “Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office was contacted within minute of receiving the initial report” on the day of the attack. For its part, the Sheriff’s Office says that “an LCSO School Resource Officer was notified by Stone Bridge High School staff of a possible sexual assault. A thorough investigation and evidentiary analysis was conducted over the course of several weeks by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit.”
