Companies can mandate all they want.
It's the enforcement of their mandate that is illegal.
It's a Catch-22.
I was "fired" from my job last month for not disclosing my vaccine status and for not wearing a mask "because I was not vaccinated".
Why am I not fighting them over this when I DO have a discrimination lawsuit?
Because the place is/was a shithole and will most likely be out of business soon due to the soaring costs of raw materials for the products they produce and the fact that I was literally the only one who knew how to do my particular job correctly without scrapping said raw materials two or sometimes five times before "getting it right".
Everyone needs to walk away from companies, both large and small, global and local, that perpetuate this nonsense.
The more that "opt-out" of the beast system, the sooner that system dies.
