Wouldn’t know where to begin except try and understand prior art on the subject. Know of one guy who spoke intelligently about it, but he was rejected by MainStream and died penniless and alone in a NY apartment long time ago.

What IF?
What if crude oil was accurately appreciated as a renewable resource? An anirobic decomposition of simple surface biomass constantly occurring, instead of the unlikeliest theory of a one-off occurrence of dead dinosaurs?
What if this constantly refilling of deep pockets occurs in near-perfect balance with our surface aerobic biosphere… and the carbon based (life) we are, are not actually killing our atmosphere by combusting hydrocarbons (cleanly)??????

Thisanon IS alleging crude is aerobic decomposition of organic matter. And/or, an organic digestion of inorganic mineral… oil poop of rock digesting aerobic bacteria or somesuch. Constantly occurring.
Sticking a straw down in the ground, sucking it up, and burning with ambient oxygen… CLEANLY mind you, paying attention to the monoxide vs dioxide ratio… is simply re-cycled by flora and fauna at the surface and back to ground again.

Basically The Question would boil down to Our usage rate vs. nature’s replenishment rate. Our efficiency is too our benefit. Our cleanliness, is to our benefit. Our avoidance of overly complex, overly convoluted systems, non-bio-digestive compositions (fiberglass windmill blades) or reductives (vs clean incineration), is to our benefit.
