Georgia Judge Dismisses 2020 Election Voter Fraud Lawsuit

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/10/14/georgia-judge-dismisses-2020-election-voter-fraud-lawsuit/

A Georgia judge dismissed a lawsuit by Georgia voters alleging voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election, finding that the plaintiffs did not suffer a particularized injury for the courts to adjudicate.

On Wednesday, Georgia Superior Court Judge Brian Amero dismissed the lawsuit against individual members of the Fulton County elections board, preventing the plaintiffs from reviewing physical copies of the county’s 147,000 absentee ballots that were cast in the 2020 election.

Despite the court finding Fulton County in violation of an Open Records Request and evidence showing “the scanned images of one ballot which appeared to have been counted twice” in earlier proceedings, the case was dismissed.

WATCH — Loudoun County School Board Meeting Erupts After Sex Assault Bombshell: ‘You Buried a Rape’

Parents in Loudoun County, Virginia, were livid Tuesday night over an alleged coverup of sexual assault as debate rages over a transgender policy allowing male students to use female facilities such as restrooms and locker rooms.

Tuesday’s Loudoun County school board meeting, which has been a national hotbed of controversy over the implementation of radical Critical Race Theory and transgender policies, was dominated by parents speaking up about the alleged coverup of a sexual assault by a student who identifies as a transgender woman, according to an explosive report. Many parents called for the resignations of school board members.

As Breitbart News reported, the father of an alleged Stone Bridge High School victim, Scott Smith, “claimed a boy who was wearing a skirt had entered the girls’ bathroom at the high school and sexually assaulted his ninth-grade daughter.” Subsequently, “the boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio that day at school.”

Congressman Unveils Bill that Would Give States Power to Veto Refugee Resettlement

https://www.breitbart.com/immigration/2021/10/14/congressman-unveils-bill-that-would-give-states-power-to-veto-refugees/

A plan by Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-MT) would strip President Joe Biden’s authority to resettle hundreds of thousands of refugees across the United States with no input from Congress or American communities.

Rosendale’s SECURE Act would give authority to Congress over the annual inflow of refugees rather than the president and would halt all refugee resettlement until Congress sets the yearly refugee cap, a numerical limit on refugee admissions.

Likewise, the plan would give governors a 30-day notice before refugees are resettled in their states so that they can have veto power over whether to admit or reject refugee resettlement for the year. This provision had been imposed by former President Trump through an executive order but Biden rescinded the policy in January.

Putin directs sexist remark at US anchor

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that a U.S. news anchor was "too beautiful" to understand him about an issue with Europe over gas supplies.

At a panel in Moscow for Russian Energy Week, CNBC journalist Hadley Gamble asked the Russian president about reports that the country is withholding gas supplies to Europe in a bid to drive up prices.

“Beautiful woman, pretty, I’m telling her one thing. She instantly tells me the opposite, as if she didn’t hear what I said,” he told the audience in Moscow on Wednesday.

Gamble quickly hit back at Putin, telling him that she "heard" him just fine, adding that her point was regarding why Russia had taken so much time to address the gas supply issue.

A visibly annoyed Putin responded by saying, "Listen, you’ve just said: 'You don’t supply gas to Europe through pipelines.' You are being misled. We are increasing supplies to Europe. Gazprom by 10 percent. Russia has increased supplies by 15 percent. We are increasing, not decreasing supplies.

“Did I really say something so hard to understand?” he added.

Judge orders Trump to give videotaped deposition in protest lawsuit

https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/576785-judge-orders-trump-to-give-videotaped-deposition-in-protest-lawsuit

A New York judge has ordered former President Trump to give a videotaped deposition next week as part of a civil lawsuit connected to a 2015 protest where demonstrators and his security guards allegedly clashed.

A group of Mexican protesters filed a lawsuit against Trump, his campaign, his former head of security Keith Schiller and others following a rally outside Trump Tower in New York City in 2015.

The protesters claim that Trump’s security guards assaulted them and infringed on their rights to practice free speech. They said they were out demonstrating against then-candidate Trump’s comments about Mexican immigrants.

Trump has previously called Mexican immigrants rapists and other criminals.

The plaintiffs allege that Schiller hit one of the protesters, Efrain Galicia, in the head after the security official tried to take away a cardboard sign that read “Trump: Make America Racist Again,” according to CNN.

According to The Washington Post, the protesters were wearing Ku Klux Klan suits.

Schiller, however, has said he was attempting to clear the sidewalk when he hit the protester, according to the Post. He also claimed that he was grabbed from behind.

Trump was not at the scene when the protesters and security guards clashed but the plaintiffs still included him as a defendant, arguing that the guards were his employees and that his language on the campaign trail suggested that they were allowed to forcefully oppose the protesters, according to the Post.

New York Supreme Court Justice Doris Gonzalez is now requesting Trump’s deposition.

“Donald J. Trump shall appear for a deposition October 18, 2021 at 10 a.m. … or, in the event of illness or emergency, on another mutually agreed to date on or before October 31, 2021,” Gonzalez’s order reads, according to ABC News.

Benjamin N. Dictor, an attorney representing the protesters, told the Post that he will be questioning Trump at Trump Tower, beginning Monday morning.

“I will be conducting the examination of Donald Trump under oath, at Trump Tower," he said in a written statement. "We look forward to presenting the video record of his testimony to the jury at his trial."

Gonzalez in September 2019 had ordered Trump to answer questions in a videotaped deposition, contending that his testimony was “indispensable.”

Trump at the time cited executive privilege as a reason why he could not testify, but Gonzalez rejected that claim, writing in an order that “no government official, including the executive, is above the law,” according to CNN.

Trump’s lawyers reportedly appealed that decision.

Youngkin says supporters 'shouldn't pledge allegiance' to flag allegedly flown at Jan. 6 rally

Asked about the episode on Thursday, Youngkin noted that he was not involved in the Wednesday rally, before saying that his supporters should not have pledged allegiance to a flag that had been carried at the so-called “Stop the Steal” rally that preceded the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol.

“I wasn’t involved and so I don’t know,” Youngkin said. “But if that is the case, then we shouldn’t pledge allegiance to that flag. And oh by the way, I’ve been so clear, there is no place for violence – none, none – in America today.”
