FWIW, he was the best thing to happen to Cincinnati PD in ages; his Officers respected him and his no BS attitude. his leaving was due to him "wanting to return to his home in Detroit", which I personally think is BS. He did not get along well with the Democrats ruining Cincinnati, I think his getting to return to where he started was the icing on that cake.
