So the whole department shuts down when the secretary goes home?

Not sure what Buttgeek brings to the transportation table anyway, but the buck still stops with #emptyshelvesjoe, and I'm not sure what he brings to the transportation either.

Brandon walked up the mike yesterday and said the ports will now be open 24/7. Everything's cool, then wandered off in the direction of back stage.

I've read a lot of the problem in CA is Newsom's bright idea to ban owner/operator rigs (non-union, I guess) and any rig older than 2010. So, there's evidently not enough trucks. Been trying to figure out why if 8 hours a day, say, doesn't get the job done because there ain't any trucks to load, how staying open 24 hours will help.

Brandon probably would have passed that question on to Buttgeek, wherever he is, if someone got to ask it, but Brandon wandered off, general direction of backstage, so we'll probably never know.
