He's in the ICU not as a precaution, not for "privacy", but because he is super fucked. He was placed in an induced coma about an hour ago. Even the super strength antibiotics are no longer working. Piss infection's completely jacked up his system because he didn't get himself seen to in time.
Also, they kicked out a Hispanic dude with the rona to accomodate Slick Willie. They say the Mexican is "improving" and no longer needs to be in the ICU, family beg to differ. Expect lawsuits if the Mexican dies.
