My guess would be if they are going to drop the La Palama self and get the most destruction out of the east coast they would do it 8-9 hours before sunrise on the east coast…it will take that long for the tsumani to reach the coast…do you know how hard it would be to alert the east coast when everyone is asleep…but that would be just a guess…
