Dutchsinse called an Italian earthquake some years ago. People in that area saw his youtube video warning of the strong earthquake headed their way and took precautions and warned others. He's able through tectonic plate movement and related seismic activity mapped over time to pinpoint where there are buildups of pressure in a given time frame. He had a rainbow end in his backyard.
