McCabe may be too far in for any good deal so he has to go with the Bidan group and hope they pull off a Hail Mary, for a price. If so, that would mean McCabe has some leverage (Bodies, Knows, Where) and the Bidan Group had to make him an offer.
McCabe is linked to McAuliffe, too, I believe. Wife ran a sham campaign and got donations from McAuliffe, I think. McAuliffe is just a Clinton bag man.
