Anon's pretty sure A special type of magnet is needed for this type of device. A magnet that has it's poles in a perpendicular or 90 degree configuration. It's supposed to be difficult to manufacture but not impossible. Anon can vaguely remember when looking into these magnetic motors years back that this 90 degree polar configuration was key.
