NATO'S Cognative Warfare paper

It is one of those moments when we truly see the curtain pulled back, how their criminal minds operate, and exactly how they are planning to enslave and kill us. I know anons don't need much convincing on this. But even I was blown away the sheer scope of it.

"Cognative Warfare" is warfare on people's minds….THEIR OWN PEOPLE. It is the domain of the human brain, in which it is fully possible to manipulate and target thought by numerous methods. To create a populace that does your will…whether that means being murderous psychopaths, or happily content with whatever they are told, or just zombies who will hold out their wrist for the latest shot.

But then we kind of KNEW that, as evidence over the last 4 years has consistently showed. This NATO paper is something THEY ARE ALREADY DOING folks. Targeting and dividing us to not just affect "what we think, but the WAY we think." Make no mistake, it is not just the black hats doing psy-ops. It is not just MSM doing MK Ultra. The entire human race is now at their disposal for control, manipulation, and modification.

This is a very deep sickness, and it must be expunged if we are to survive as a human race. It is pure Evil.
