If a solid sphere is spun the rpm can be quite high.
If that same spun sphere is liquified the rpm would be be much slower.
Like when a raw egg is spun on a counter top it won't spin as fast or as long as a hard boiled egg.
Does the Earths rpm change drastically depending on it's liquid and solid content?
What happens to humans if spin rate of Earth is changed or manipulated because of huge changes in the state of liquid/solid water and rock?
