โ€œAll we know heโ€™s tested positive for Covid-19, heโ€™s in hospital and on a ventilator," his attorney told NBC News.

His diagnosis comes the same week he was sentenced to life in prison for murdering a friend more than 20 years ago, in a slaying possibly tied to the killer's missing wife.

On Thursday, the Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mark Windham handed down that punishment one month after jurors convicted Durst, 78, of first-degree murder for the Dec. 23, 2000, death of Susan Berman. Berman was shot at point-blank range in the back of the head inside her Benedict Canyon home.

Jeffrey Epstein abused and raped Russian woman in months before arrest, lawsuit says

An unidentified Russian woman says the late billionaire Jeffrey Epstein trafficked, abused, raped, and manipulated her in the months leading to his July 2019 arrest, according to a new legal filing.

The lawsuit, filed with the Southern District of New York on Thursday, seeks compensatory damages from Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn as the executors of Epstein's estate and Lesley Groff, who was Epstein's assistant. The unnamed litigant, listed as "Jane Doe," also seeks punitive damages against Groff, who "facilitated Epsteinโ€™s trafficking and sexual abuse of Jane, including by purchasing plane tickets, sending money, making appointments, and sending various communications from New York." Epstein's abuse persisted into 2019, "presumably in the middle of his being investigated by federal law enforcement officials and up until his widely-reported arrest in July 2019," the lawsuit adds.

Since the financier's death, his estate formed a victims' compensation fund that closed in August of this year after doling out $125 million to nearly 150 claimants.

Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's longtime associate, was arrested in July 2020 and is set to stand trial later this year for charges of sex trafficking.

I refer to it as timeline looping. Glitch in matrix programming/coding.

When you see white, higher frequency areas, those are timeline modifications inserted, so we experience a new timeline "Shift"

We as a collective bring about changes. This is how much power we have and they fear us understanding how to use it for humanity.

Eric M. Smith, who was 13 when he killed a 4-year-old boy with a rock in western New York, has been granted parole, US corrections officials said today.

Smith, now 41, appeared for the 11th time before the Board of Parole on October 5 and was granted release as early as November 17, the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision said.

Transcripts of the hearing were not immediately released.

Smith was convicted of second-degree murder in 1994 for luring Derrick Robie into woods near the younger boy's home and striking his head with a rock.
